Shipping, Returns & Privacy
Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase!
Partial Refunds
We understand that things happen, so we offer partial refunds in certain situations, like:
- Items that aren’t in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts (as long as it wasn’t our fault).
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, no worries! Here’s what you can do:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@lucian.store, and we’ll help you out.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded, so sale items are unfortunately non-refundable.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we’ll send you a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll mail you a gift certificate. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send the refund to them instead.
Shipping for Returns
To return your product, please send it to:

You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Unfortunately, these shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Shipping Costs:
- Regular Postage: $7.50
- Express Postage: $12
Shipping Times:
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted in description. Wholesale orders should be via email at sales@lucian.store and will usually be delivered within 2 weeks, unless you have ordered a customised item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you could vary. If your return is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and want you to feel comfortable shopping with us. The details you share when placing an order are safe with us—they won’t be used for anything else or shared with anyone else. If we need to reach you about shipping or to confirm your address, we’ll use the phone number or email you provided. Don’t worry, we’ll only send you updates about our products and services if you’ve opted in to receive them.
